My PES University rank is 2884. Can I get admission for CSE in Bangalore?

If this is your PESSAT rank, I don't think you can get CSE is this rank. You can try for other branches. -
Congratulations on the Results. It's a amazing rank, you'll surely get admission in PESU, but the issue will be you might not be able to get Into the top, of what they call category 1 students, who have a big scholarship via these admission test. But CSE is PESU is totally worth it, Any company in Bangalore has its first choice of students from PES only, it's environment and culture enhances the placement, research and learning scenarios. -

CSE is a little difficult in PESU with that rank, you might get it in say last rounds but it's unlikely because of the results of the first graduating batch with an average placement of above 12 lpa the cutoffs are suppose to go really low this time. But being a PESITian, I'll suggest if you are determined for CSE join PESIT with ECE, you can choose your elective and the environment in PESU will teach you more CS than most colleges.
