Yes, you are eligible for the UGC NET exam if your PGDM is only AICTE approved. To be eligible for the UGC NET course, you must have completed a post graduate degree from a recognised university and an AICTE approved institute. The PGDM from an AICTE approved institute is considered equivalent to a Master's degree from a recognised Indian University by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

Yes. You are eligible for UGC NET. By filling out the online application and paying the application fee, you can write the exam. The full educational qualification required for UGC NET is:
- Candidates should have completed UG (four-year course) or must be in the final year.
- Candidates should have completed their post-graduation from a UGC-recognised college/university
- A relaxation of five per cent in educational qualification is given to reserved category candidates
- Candidates who have cleared the State Eligibility Test (SET) before June 1, 2002, are exempted from taking the UGC NET exam
