My post-graduation is in commerce, but I am interested in CBI. My age is at present 41 years. Can I do criminology course?

My date of birth is 07/10/1982. I know I am not eligible for SSC CGL exam and civil services exam. My caste is SC. I am living in Maharashtra in Mumbai Borivali west.
