My profile: 10th-58%, 12th-60% and graduation-75%. Do I have a chance to get admission in top IIM with 98 or 99 percentile in CAT?

Yes, you have chance to get into IIMs by getting 99.99 percentile.

Top IIMs take students with 97-98% throughout in Academics, and also in CAT so there is no chance for you to get a call.
