My profile: 10th-6.6 CGPA, 12th-80% and B.Com-75%. Can I apply for RBI Grade B?

Check your 10th CGPA conversion in to percentage first according to your university rules. The eligibility to apply for RBI Grade B is also 60% or equivalent in 10th, 12th and Graduation. So, just check 10th 6.6 CGPA part rest is perfect.
