You will be eligible if you get a good score in CAT and other entrance exams.

Since your 12th grade marks are below 50 percent, many top colleges may reject you. There are also some private colleges that may give you admission, but most of the colleges prefer 50 percent aggregate in all the classes. Take CAT or MAT exam and score good marks.

Yes, you are eligible for MBA. But, as your class 12th score are not up to that mark, so there are high chances that you won't be able to get top colleges in India. I want to do MBA through MAT. My profile: 10th CBSE - 70%, 12 CBSE (commerce - ip) - 71%, B.Com - 45 % aggregate and I am from general category. Can you suggest some good colleges for MBA with good placement and with good study environment?

Still you are eligible, but you have to appear in MBA entrance exam to get a good reputation MBA college.

Hi Anchal, The basic eligibility criteria for MBA is that one should have completed his graduation with atleast 50% marks and that you are having, so yes you are eligible for MBA.
