LPU generally has a flexible admission policy, focusing on multiple factors like:

Academic performance: While LPU considers academic marks, they also emphasize other aspects like extracurricular activities, entrance exam scores (if applicable), and personal interviews.
Entrance Exams: Some programs require entrance exams (e.g., LPU-NEST) for admission. However, some courses might not require this, depending on the program.
Previous Education: For undergraduate and postgraduate programs, LPU typically accepts students who meet the minimum academic qualifications and any additional course-specific criteria.

    hi

Lovely Professional University (LPU) typically has adaptable admission standards, and your academic results should satisfy the fundamental eligibility criteria for the majority of undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

Basic Eligibility: For numerous undergraduate programs, LPU generally asks for at least 50-60% in your 10+2 examinations, which you fulfill.

For postgraduate programs, they usually require 50% in graduation, so your marks may be on the threshold but should typically allow for consideration.

    1. Entrance Test (LPUNEST): For competitive courses (such as Engineering, Law, MBA, etc. ), LPU administers its own entrance and sc

As an admission requirement for their MBA program Lovely Professional University (LPU) demands undergraduate students to present minimum 55% passing marks from their degree program. Your graduation score at 50.6% does not meet the requirement set at 55%. LPU will consider students with lower GPA marks when their results in entry assessments such as LPUNEST and CAT or MAT and XAT or NMAT as well as their interview performance are superior. The LPUNEST scoring system at LPU enables students to access scholarship opportunities that will boost their chances of acceptance. The admissions office of LPU requires direct communication from you

Absolutely! Having a humanities background is no barrier to pursuing Fine Arts at Chandigarh University.

The programme welcomes students from all streams, including humanities, as long as they meet the minimum requirement of 50% marks in their 12th exams. Many humanities students find the programme a natural extension of their academic interests, as the curriculum often connects with cultural, historical, and social themes. For example, a student who studied history might bring unique perspectives into courses like painting or applied arts.

The university values creativity and passion over specific subjects studied in school.
