My profile: 10th-77.6%, 12th-60% and BE mechanical-6.1 CGPA (2016) with 32 backlogs. Can I get study visa for Canada, Australia or Germany?

Hi,
With 32 backlogs, admissions are next to impossible in these countries. Also your CGPA is not too good or competitive. Please consider other countries. UK colleges could be an option, you can also check institutes in Ireland, Poland, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Italy etc.
