Hello! At that CAT score, it is impossible to get a good college anywhere in India since the cutoff of all such colleges is generally 80+ percentile. I'd suggest you reappear for CAT and/or other exams and score high. Good luck!

Though your academics is strong but with this kind of score it would be difficult to get a call. It is advisable that you attempt again and also try for non-CAT exams like MICAT, NMAT, etc.
