Hello Subham, Past academic achievement does not guarantee you a seat in IIM But yes they matters in overall selection procedure. First you have to score 99+ percentile in CAT and have to perform well in GD and PI to get into IIM A/B/C. Getting a call from an IIM is not a big deal but converting it
