My profile: CAT-89 percentile, 12th-91%, 10th-95%, graduation- 82% & I belong to NC-OBC. Is there a chance to get a call from IITs or IIMs?

Your score is good but for Iims you need atleast above 99% in most cases. IITs are just a bit behind. I am not sure about Iims but IITs may call you. Use shikshas IIM Call Predictor Utility to get the idea.
