No, it is hard for you to be acceptable in any of the college.

Hello! With that CMAT score, chances of getting a call from Welingkar seems pretty difficult since I haven't heard anyone getting a call at less than 75 percentile. Though you may fill the forms of either SIES or Dalmia or both as per your choice. Good luck!

Yes you can. But you need to focus more on the interviews.

Yes, you should. These institutes look after the overall personality of a candidate. That is the reason they don't have cutoffs for PGDM programs. A lot of students with low score get through, just because the perform well in the GD-PI. GD PI plays an important role in your selection. Good luck.
