My profile is 10th, 10 cgpa 12th 61.8, and B.Tech 8.52 CGPA (GEM). I don't have any strong extracurricular. What are my college chances?

Your academics are good. You'll get a good college but if you want best college then go for CAT/GMAT/GRE.

Yes. But I am only worried about 12th score. Also I am GEM. That's why I am unable to focus much into the preparation.

You can give GMAT or GRE and if you score a good band, then you have a very high chance of landing in some great college.
