My profile is as follows X -69.40% , XII -74.40% , B.COM - 59.70 % , XAT -67% .. will I be able to get shortlisted with this profile ?

The academic profile as well as the XAT score that you have, seems to be decent. A score above 70 would help you get a call. There is chance that you could be shortlisted, so do apply.
