No, your scores are very low to get admission in this college. Still, fill the form and give yourself a try. There are chances if they find your PI and GD round extremely impressive.

Hello! It's impossible to get admission at that low score since the cutoffs at Welingkar for the MMS and PGDM programs are 99.2 (approx) and 80 percentiles respectively.
