My profile: Xth-83%, 12th-78%, B.Com-7.94 CGPA and a gap of 8 months (family issues), can I get into IIMs?

I want to get into a good B-School preferably, a top one. When should I take CAT? Don't have much extra curricular activities but I am active in volunteering an NGO.
