my puc result is 46% &pcm 35%interested in BE....other course also suggest....

To pursue B.E. / B.Tech, you need to complete 12th with minimum 60% (Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry) from recognized board to join good college. However, they are colleges which take students who have scored 45% - 50%. You need to appear in entrance exam.

Your percentage is quite low. Try for B.Sc or BCA from Correspondence like IGNOU and improve your skills.
