My PWD rank is 351. Can I get CS or IT in any NIT? I am from general category.

Yes, you stand a good chance, although you may not get it in old NITs but for new one you stand a good chance.

Yes sure. You will definitely get colleges like NITs or IIITs since your rank is good and the cut-off for PWD is

I can't tell you exactly, which branch you will be getting, since it depend upon college to college closing ranking of different branches. But, I can say you will be getting the good government college as well. I from Allahabad (U.P).
