My question is. If I have a 1 ATKT in M.Com part 1 So can I eligible to give exam of the M.Com part 2.

Yes, you are eligible for M.Com part 2 because the maximum number of KT's allowed to take is 5. It could be a combination of any previous semesters KT. So, if you have 5 or less than that you are good to go.
