Typically you should have good sketching skills to be able to make a sound career in this (if you work hard you can improve your drawing skills tremendously). Yes as the requirement for B.Sc. Animation is 10+2 and Diploma in engineering is equivalent to 10+2 hence you are eligible

Hello! Great to note that you are interested in animation and want to go for higher studies. As you said that you are searching for bachelor degree, let me inform you there is a bachelor degree in animation. You can go for BSC. in digital arts & animation/ gaming/ 3d animation/ web designing/ graphic designing. Choose a career course among any of these as per your interest. I would suggest you to pick a course according to your interest. . Before making up your final decision go through some top animation college websites, download their brochures and meet their career counselors.
