    Rank of which exam? And in which program you want to apply?
    There are lot of colleges and institute but here i would suggest you to look for some top class place to study as its a matter of whole career.
    Some of top institutes of India are:
    1. BITs
    2. Lovely Professional University
    3. Anna Uni
    4. MIT pune.
