. My rank does not fall around 2,50,000, but I have the percentage as mentioned in the cut off list. Am I eligible for JEE Advanced?

Qualification is not only based on merit but also on the reservation. So, based on the cut-off if you are qualified then you are eligible for advanced. If you can't attend in 2021, based on this qualification you may write JEE Advanced in 2022 directly without attending JEE Mains 2022. Hope my answer is helpful. Please upvote my answer.
