My rank from SC category is 27820. Can I get IIIT or NIT for engineering?

It is unlikely that you will get admission to an IIIT or NIT with a rank of 27820 in the SC category. The cutoffs for these institutes are very high, and your rank is on the lower side. However, there are a few things you can do to improve your chances of getting admission:
