my rank in aipmt mains 2011 is 3080, can i get admission in mbbs in a goverment medical collage . if yes in which collages

i belongs to general categorie. i have seen the last year data .students upto 3013 got select in mbbs. kya iss saal bhi 3080 rank par bhi mbbs mil sakti hai. kaun sa collage mill sakta hai.

wont be getting onthis rank only probobilty is last counciling when students leave some college due to probles or getting better college in state/other in end college of north east and few seats in bihar are almost always left no one join them except locals try the last counciling attend the first 2
