my rank in cet 2011 for b.tech. in ip is 27326 with obc catagory.can u tell me the list of colleges and branches for this rank

I think you Can get HMR , Guru Prem Sukh , NIEC .as your rank is little bit low to get good college in IP. but these are also average colleges that i have mentioned above. you can get mechanical , electrical branches in the colleges mentioned above.
