My rank in CLAT is 1912 and in OBC category is 138. Will I get any lower NLU?

Yes, you will get tier 3 NLUs, like NLU-RANCHI, NLU-Assam, NLU-Trichy, MNLU-NAGPUR, MNLU -AURANGABAD in third allotment list or in vacancy seats.

Yes, from previous year's trends, I can predict you should get one lower NLU in vacancy seats. Last year in 2017, MNLU-Nagpur gave admission up to 3000 rank in August 2017. You can visit MNLU-Nagpur website and in announcement section, click on 2017 announcement and find out vacant seats merit list
