My rank in JEE is around 6 lakh and I want CS in a college. Please suggest a college.

With such a low rank, your brother will hardly get any good A grades in college. Any below avg college will offer him a low-level branch. Or try out in some private colleges in management quota. I suggest your brother to rather prepare for a good college engineering entrance exam. Like SRM, BIT or K
