My rank in JEE Main CRL-165887, OBC-NCL- 53744. Can I get SGSITS in home state Indore, MP, in CS Branch.

It's difficult to say for sure whether you will get admission to SGSITS in Indore, MP for the CS branch with your rank in JEE Main. However, you can check the previous years' cutoffs for CS branch in SGSITS to get an idea of the rank required for admission.
