My rank in JEE Mains 2022 is around 73K General category (female). Do I have any chance to get admission in any NIT or IIIT?

Your chances can be developed. Please participate in Jossa counselling timely for much better options. However, the following can be the options.
1. IIIT Manipur (ECE)
2. NIT Andhra Pradesh (MME)
3. SLIT Sangrur (ICE, Chemical)
4. NIT Agartala (PE)
5. NIT Sikkim (Civil)
6. NIT Nagaland (ECE). .
