Your rank is fantastic and this makes you choose which college you want to be a part of. So, yes, you are totally eligible for Osmania University. Do appear for counselling and let's hope no one in the contenders list has a better rank than you and that's it, the seat should be yours. The counselling for 5 year LL.B. Programme 1-2893 rank is on October 23. So, finger's crossed. Wish you well.
