For civil engineering, you may consider ABES, AKG, KIET,GL Bajaj and JSS. In first & second rounds of counselling, it is possible that you may not get these colleges but in third counselling, you will definitely get civil engineering in any of these colleges.

Dear Zeehaan Ali Khan, you can't get admission in KIET with 40000 rank. I think you should drop this year and prepare for the next year because your rank is very low to get any good or average college. If you really want to take admission, then go for direct admission in these colleges -:
    1. USER, Allahabad.
    2. Sri Ramswaroop Memorial Institute.
    3. Sri Ram Murti Smarak, Bareilly.
