My rank in UPSEE LEET is 1959. Can I get any government college for mechanical engineering?

IET-Lucknow is one of the most premium institutes for B.Tech. It is difficult to get admission in mechanical engineering in IET but you can go for other government colleges check the last year's cut-off, the opening and closing rank of the colleges and I think you will get admission in a government college.
