My rank in year 2019 in b tech is 22321 in general and 4323 in womens gemeral would i will get good branch in counselling ?

Yes, if you are called for counseling, then you must go. You will not get the top branches like CSE, IT, ETC, but you may get others.

As your rank is quite good so you will get a good branch in a good college in the engineering, so you can apply in good colleges with this rank.
