My rank is 12047 and I am from OBC category. I made my OBC certificate in 2016. Do I have to make a new certificate now?

No, you do not have to make new caste certificate. Cast certificate is made only once. So, don't worry. Good luck.

No, there is no need to have certificate this year. As per my knowledge, this certificate is valid for 3 year.
