You have average rank. With this you can't get CSE in Good colleges in Bangalore but you can get decent colleges in Bangalore. Now, I am saying Bangalore because you want CSE and you can't get better exposure and opportunities other than Bangalore because you also know that Bangalore is IT Hub and t
