My rank is 131433. Can I get admission to CSE branch in any campus?

No It is not possible to get any NIT or IIIT at this rank. But You any get Good branch in Saint Longwal Institute and Guru Kangri Vishwavidalya in later round of counselling and as you are not mentioning your category I will answer this question.
