    However, based on previous year's data and trends, you may have a chance to get admission to a good engineering college for your preferred course with your DCET rank of 13600 in the SC category. You can check the list of engineering colleges in Karnataka and their previous year's cutoff ranks for your preferred course in the SC category to get an idea of the colleges where you may have a chance of getting admission. Admission to any course at the K.S. Group of Institutions is not done based on the scores obtained in the DCET exam. Admission to BTech Lateral entry courses at the college is done based on the scores obtained in the previous examination.
