My rank is 136972 in JEE Mains. Do I have any chance to get ECE or CSE in any college?

According to your rank,you have high chances of getting ECE branch in some good Nits but for CSE it seems difficult. You can still go for CSAB special councelling and try your luck there. You might get CSE in some lower Nits,But you will get good Gftis in CSE branch too.
