My rank is 163472 in JEE Mains. Can I get CSE branch in any best college with low fees?

As your JEE Mains rank is too low for B.Tech CSE, you will not allocated NIT or iiit if you are from General category, but if your are from SC or ST category, you may allocated NIT or iiit college through jossa counselling, but they have high fees, but if you are from SC ST category then you will ge
