My rank is 18084, can I get any government engineering college for CS branch?

Based on reservation u will get college, go to different college website's and check there cutoff according to your stream...If u want in top 20 colleges.. Search top engineering colleges then make a list...And go to there websites and check cutoff and apply for councilling
