My rank is 21718 and I want to do CSE in category 1. Should I pursue CSE from VIT Andhra Pradesh or from VIT Bhopal?

CSE from VIT Bhopal or Amravati wouldn't make a big difference as placements are centralised. My personal experience says that VIT Bhopal has good teachers. Rest depends on your choice.

VIT Andhra Pradesh is the best over Bhopal. The chances of getting VIT Andhra Pradesh for CSE are good enough in CAT-1.
