My rank is 23000, so is there any chance to admission in IEM, Heritage or Haldia?

Yes, BTech course is available at IEM Kolkata. The university offers BTech courses at the UG level. Candidate must meet the eligibility criteria to enrol for BTech course admission set by the college.
