My rank is 2994 GMR and OBC-A 147. Can I get admission in Techno India or any other good college?

You'll get any government college. As you haven't mentioned your stream, I can't tell you properly which stream you can get into. You will get Techno India which is a private institute, so I suggest you take admission in a good government college if possible (like Kalyani Government Engineering College and Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College).
