My rank is 310000. I want to find college through AKTU counselling. Please help me to find a college with CS and IT.

Your rank is too high but there are chances that you might get the college. For this do the counselling of all rounds until possible and add colleges with both stream with status of Government and Private institutions. You may also add branch with specialisation in Computer Science.
