4 years agoHello Loki, if I may say so, you have obtained the rank that is a bit on the lower side. To get CSE would be tough. However if you are determined to get this branch then the options are perhaps to seek admission in a deemed to be university or in a private college. These days both these institutions charge reasonable fees.
