My rank is 55126, can I get CS branch in ABESEC, Ghaziabad?

Its not at all possible to get admission in ABESEC and that too in CSE branch as your rank is too high and the course you are preferring is very demanded. So you better prefer any other branch than CSE otherwise appear for the exam again and score well. -
No, you can't. It is too much rank for get admission in CSE branch. Now, you may choose other College or other branch. Otherwise, you will give this exam again in next year. All the very best. -

Sorry, that is impossible if you belong to general caste. Even if you were OBC/SC/ST, then too, there would be very less chances for CS in ABESEC at this rank.

Your rank is very low, at this rank you can't get any good college. It is better if you try direct admission in UCER Allahabad, RKGIT Ghaziabad or IMS Ghaziabad. -
