Yes, you may get admission in either of the campuses but the fee structure would be quite high. -
Yes, you may get admission in Chennai campus but in the 2nd or 3rd category. Its fee may be much more, but you will get admission!

No, you will not get admission in VIT Vellore, but you will get admission in VIT Chennai that too civil or electronics branch.
