My rank is 70 while first round of seat allotment released. Do I have a chance of getting a seat in HPU till last round of counselling?

  • Yes, definitely, you can get admission at HPU with 70 rank till the last-round of counselling. It is a decent rank if you aiming for HPU for the PG courses like MD, MS, MDS etc. As per the HPU cutoff 2024, the last round for MMU Solan - Maharishi Markandeshwar University for MD in Community Medicine stood at 1100 and for MD in Pathology, it stood at 852. So, indeed, there are many courses through which you can get into HPU with a 70 rank.
