My rank is 70k. Do I have a chance of getting a seat in SOA University till last round of counselling?

For AII India and Home State categories, the NEET UG cutoff were released. Based on the SOA University cutoff 2024, the last round for the medical courses stood at, 323611 for the General AI category candidates. As per the cutoff, yes it is possible to take admission with 70k for the MBBS course.
