No, you won't be able to get CSE. CSE seats mostly finish by 30-40000 ranks only. -

You may get branch like civil in chennai. Try for bhopal, you should get cse there! -
You can't get admission in Chennai. I will strongly recommend you to not to take admission in VIT, Amravati or Bhopal campus because they are new campuses. -
No, but you will get other branches like civil or electronics that too in a higher category (i.e you have to pay more for that).

No, you can't get CSE or Electronics in VIT. Cut-offs for these branches are high. You can try for management quota but then you will have to pay extra fee as applicable by VIT or if there is any.
